You can buy your favorite package by choosing between two membership modes: Monthly subscription: a monthly subscription requires payment of a monthly sum specified for the particular package, through the chosen payment method, and is automatically renewed at the expiration date with a charge of the same amount. At any time you can cancel the automatic renewal through the user profile oage. In this case, you can continue to enjoy the content already purchased until the scheduled expiration date. Seasonal subscription: season ticket involves a single payment for the specific package, through the chosen payment method. With the seasonal subscription, the user can enjoy the contents of the package chosen until the end of the season (scheduled for July 31). The season ticket is automatically renewed at the expiration date and will provide access to the entire contents of the package chosen for the new season to the new conditions that will be communicated on the website at least 15 days before the end of the season. Within that period you can then cancel the automatic renewal. If so, you can continue to enjoy the content already purchased until the scheduled expiration date.

Go to the subscription page, choose your subscription duration (Monthly or Seasonal), select your package and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

Once you choose the package and the type of subscription, you will be redirected to the payment page: on that page, you can choose your preferred payment method. We continuously update the list of accepted payment methods, but if you have some issues with this process, please contact us via E-mail.

LVF TV only charges the chosen subscription fee, which may or may not include local taxes, depending on your place of residence. Some banks add some charges for foreign transactions that are charged by the bank; If you have questions about this, contact your financial institution.

If the transaction was successful you will receive an email confirmation and you can see your subscription within your Profile page, in the "Subscription" section.

You can view your subscription and the price of it in the "Account" page of the LVF TV website, under "Subscription".

You can view a history of your invoices in the "Account" page of the LVF TV website, in the "Subscription" section, under "Historical purchases."

The subscription will be renewed automatically on the renewal date communicated, charging you the expected amount in the previous day of the expiration date

You can cancel your subscription by accessing the profile and clicking on 'unsubscribe'.

If you request the cancellation of your subscription, but the billing period has not yet ended, you can continue to watch the available content until the end of the period.

You can decide to unsubscribe without any extra charges.
